Just an FYI the usual minimum order for getting hats made is 24 I just got some made and priced around and everyone I called was a minimum of 24 to place an order. Wasn’t an issue for me because I got 36 made. They may make exceptions if it was for a sports team though. Good luck in finding a place.
For my own corporate cresting on shirts, jackets and toques I’ve used First Impressions Sportswear & Cresting and they’ve done a bang up job each time.
