504 Deer Population

Anyone hunt in or around 504? I have been hunting it for quite a few years now, mostly the south eastern side and the dear population seems to be dwindling year after year for the last 4-5.

We used to be able to go out and see quite a few throughout the day. This year and last have been horrible. Was out all day today, covered a lot of ground walking and barley seen deer tracks at all. Coyotes seem to be more abundant than ever though. Seen one small spiker all day, other than that I havnt seen much else this season out there.
