Default Algae Report

Was out at Lac St. Anne today and visibility was about 12" in Westcove. Didn't seem quite as bad on the main lake side but seems a little earlier than normal to me to see it this bad.
How are the other lakes looking?

I was at LSA on the 8th (Tuesday) and West Cove is turning pretty gross with algae... the main part of the lake is hanging on but I noticed more algae than when I was last out on July 1. I'm sure it wont be long before the blue-green shows up and it gets shut down...

Good question.

Don't swim, drink or eat the fish. Fishing will still be great like last year.
