How to register my small boat?

I just bought a small 14 ft Jon boat and a used 15 hp motor. I know that the boat with a more than 10 hp motor needs to be registered, anyone knows how and where to register my small boat? Can I just go the the registry where I register my vehicle? Thank you guys~!

Do it all online. Scan your bill of sale and drivers license and have digital picture of your boat on hand. Super easy and takes 15min
