fishing boat accesories

I just bought a new boat and am trying to rig it up with all sorts of handy accessories. I already have the obvious things like fish finder, stereo, kicker motor.. I'm more looking for ideas that you guys have built for your boats that make it more ummm.. cool. I made a mount for a bbq that goes into a Scotty rod holder which works really good but now am looking for other innovative ideas.

Downriggers. Also get a couple of magnetic strips from Canadian tire. Good for holding pliers etc.
