Never, ever post photos that you didn't take yourself or weren't taken by very close friends.

Unless you can come up with some really cool, totally unbelievable story to go with the two-headed pike photo that you're probably going to receive tomorrow PLEASE for your sake and ours, DO NOT post it!
LOL... I made the mistake of trusting a friend, from Saskatchewan, who fishes Turtle Lake.

Oh well, worse things can happen in life.

Still one heck of a fish.

Default Sigh....

I was at a golf tournament last summer when someone took out his phone and showed the pics and started spouting about how this was caught somewhere in Ontario...

Ewout Blom, Netherlands, 2004

http://www.pacgb.co.uk/articles/blomedit.htm

and the one with the fish in his mouth is not part of the real story...

Default New Canadian record pike

Oddly enough the Sask,Manitoba and Ontario record pike were the same size as that big Dutch pike. Pike anglers in Holland are for the most part strictly catch and release. If the fishing public in Holland took their fish home simply because it was legal to do so in five years there wouldn't be a pike left in Holland over 10 pounds.
