Famous visitor is in Calgary and wants to fish tonight
wants to throw the line in the water after work today. Well I am not famous but wanted to get some ones attention. Anyone want to do some fishing after 4? Or anyone just want to meet for a coffee por a beer? I am the old guy (50's) from Edmonton.

Come on Tony you are not the only gramps on the board. There are more than one of us in our fifties. What part of town are you in. If I get done my chores/fixing this aft I may be up to a pop. I am in the south end of cow town....

i am at Memorial and Deerfoot but would travel no
problem. Am familiar with the Bow out by Johnson Island but am willing to go anywhere within reason.

And I have a bone to pick with you JTS!!!! I am laughing hard but heare goes. I headed out from edm to Cataract Creek but of course missed you guys. Stayed for 5 days anyways!! Now! My bone of contention is how come no one told me about Bear Lake? I have quite the story that includes a grizzly with cubs, two flat tires, and a visit to two hospitals. will share it at next gathering by Caroline.

I take the blame. These guys had not been up there before and I never volunteered any other info. I was the driver and guide on this trip. Jeff checked the board when we got back to Longview and we realized when I was giving the campground tour it was you. Was a little late by then and the rain was pounding so we carried on. There are bears all along that area. Have had a face to face with me and my dauhgter many years back as well. One time we were camping there and one tried to get in a window of someones trailer. Always beware as that is grizzly country.....
