Default Walleye Tags

I entered the Walleye draw this year and was awarded tags for several lakes. I am a little confused as to what my next step is....where do I get the actual tags to tag my fish with?

Take your win card to anywhere that issues hunting and fishing licenses , and tell them you want to purchase your walleye draws and they will give you your tags

Just picked my tags up from The Fishin hole on 51 ave. First time ive entered and won a draw, do i need to carry both my licence and the walleye harvest licence too ? or just the walleye one will cover regular sportfishing too ? Selected Class B at Pigeon Lake, I dont have a boat, am I better off waiting for Hard Water to start again to fill my tags ? Ive fished from the P.P dock, but its crazy buzy, is there anywhere else you can fish from shore ?

Thanks Jon.
