Default Slave Lake fishing reports for September?? Faust??

Going to Faust , this weekend, Slave lake for one last trip before winterizing the boat, how is the fishing in slave lake , especially the Faust area? Thanks for any feedback

Hi,

I fish that specific area very often. I can't say I know what it's like right now for Sept as I've never gone past late Aug.

That being said, talk to Dave. He owns the fishing store in Faust called Reel in. He always knows where to find the fish in the bay. I'm sure he can help you out

The good fishing on the north shore across from Faust right now driftpile has numbers but mostly small fish. The best fishing is at the narrows maybe think about launching at spruce point.
