Default Re-using bullets

Just traded my 300 win mag for a 300wby mag ultralight mark V. I will be getting rid of all old brass and reloads for 300 Win mag. Can i remove the bullets from the reloads and re-use them in the 300 wby mag. I will be using the same bullets for the new rifle. Is there any issues doing this?

I had a bunch of 303 savage ammo that I had loaded tip over and get mixed up. I had to remove all the bullets and start over as I had no idea how much powder was in each round. I used the rcbs bullet puller in my press. It don't think it even left a smudge on the bullets

My thoughts too. Hope the effort is worth it.

The bullets I’ve pulled I put aside and use for bore fouling.
However I haven’t noticed any changes in POI either.

Does the puller mark or deform the bullets in any way?

Not with a kinetic puller. No marks.

I’ve notice small marks on a few, not all . Haven’t used it much. Could be the operator. I’m not concerned about it.

I have the rcbs collet,it leaves a little ring sometimes but I have shot pulled bergers & lapuas to 1000 yards and didn't notice much difference. My 6.5 collet really leaves a bad ring on some,I tried the 7mm one and it works perfect on 6.5 bullets. If using a press I have found they pull better if you seat the bullet a little more beforehand.

that is because you are breaking the seal between the bullet and the brass
