I don't know about " almost entirely" but I do know the gang that did whole series of rural break ins around WMU's 509,510,512,505,506 and several others were not whites - we know this because they were on video and they got caught
Didn't get any of my stuff back and I think in fact only one quad was recovered this fall by accident .

*as for race... yup, its true that criminals come from every background, race, and ancestry. The problem is though, in Canada it has now been dictated that a select few are not to be punished the same as everyone else; or should I say are not to be punished period! That is not a racist remark, that is paraphrasing the courts. Apparently the people who attacked this young man are from that group.

S good friend of mine was mugged last weekend in Edmonton
Turned s corner and got maced then beaten up he is still nitvsbkr to work and that was a week ago
Took his wallet, keys , everything in his person .
Still busy getting cards cancelled, changing locks, etc
No one deserves what those low life's do to a person
Hoping for full if not a slow recovery for your friend, Ken
