Anyone have a crestliner that they bought the gunnel downrigger brackets for? Are they any good or better off mounting a different way. Looking at mounting some but need something that comes off fairly easily because the travel cover won't fit on with anything on the gunnels. Thanks in advance

Not sure about the bracket but post your response because I just purchased the 2011 Crestliner Super Hawk 1800 with the 150HP Mecury OptiMax Pro XS. So I am looking at the brackets also. How do you like your Crestliner?
Its great. Got the 2150 sportfish with a 225 suzuki 2 years ago and have been loving it ever since. Just finished putting a new HDS-8 on it with all the motor interface so am excited to go and try it out and see if it all works
