Default Proposed Wolf Cull in Northern Alberta

Decided to put this in the General Discussion...maybe should of been under the Hunting Discusion.

Just read this on MYTELUS homepage. This should have anti-hunting groups noses out of joint.
mytelus-news article-ProposedWolf Cull

Tell you the truth, we have seen an explosion of wolf population especially around the farm and the area we hunt moose in....say last 5-6 years.

Same probably throughout Alberta/BC when you read the posting of wolves on this forum and others.

Oh NO! We can't let them kill off ALL the wolves! These Horrible hunters! Its about TIME!. Down here in Montana they are all ticked because the wolf hunt is in its 2nd or 3rd week now. The tree huggers said they would utterly destroy the wolf population. last I checked they had only harvested 2 outta the 200+quota! What a load of bull! Time to minimize the population!

Guess their plan to starve the wolves was a no-brainer failure, but maybe this will appease the tree huggers .Instead of starving them you can just feed them lead,a little more humane imo.
