Shooting Chrony Problem

My shooting chrony(master gamma) is not working and keeps giving me a error 1 code.(first sensor)
I have tried all the suggested problem fixes.
I guess I have to send it in for fixing.
Anyone deal with them and how were they to deal with.

Is this happening only in the cold?
Chronys do not work well near or below freezing,
check the environment operational specs in your manual.

No did it in summer also,tried inside shop,shade,light.defusers on and off rodds in and out,cleanded lenses.
I am sure it has to go in.

AC lighting plays hell with chrony screens 60hz cycle is picked up by the sensors.
So inside use is not a good measure.

If in warmer temps the error remains, ship it off for repair.

Might be silly question but how is your battery old or new .
