if you are there, check out lower and upper kananaskis lakes, usually good fishing right off from shore. It would be nice if you can report back if they are ice off.

I'm also waiting to find out what the Upper and Lower Kananaskis lake conditions are. I'm thinking about heading out there with my kayak, but unsure if the ice is off yet. Could you post if you do head out there? Thanks.

The lower lake was almost completely ice free last weekend. So i imagine the upper is ice free around shore at the very least as well now. It was open a tiny bit by the boat launch last weekend

Anyone driven by wedge pond, ice coming off? Wouldn't mind heading out with my pontoon now that the rivers and streams will be blown out soon
