Talking Moose in WMU 152

I see in the regs that they are doing a draw for moose in this zone. I have never hunted the area. Are there many moose around there ???? Some years ago I hunted 210 if I remember correctly and the place was supposed to be full of moose. There was one less when I left ... That zone isn't all that far from 152. Thanks ....

If I had ten plus years of priority I would draw that zone. Some
B&C bulls in there for sure!

Talking 152

I actually have a 12 priority but after all those years would like to be very careful on how I use it ... (Been hoping for 300 but might still be three or four years from there ... ) I would like to shoot a gagger .... I must ponder ...

Any body here how they made out in 151 last year? I never heard of any monsters taken. Scruffy I would hang onto your priority if you havent hunted that area before.Lots of private land and not lots of moose numbers. Locals will be saving the moose for friends of family.

I've been hunting out there for years, last year I saw more moose than I ever had, 4 different bulls, biggest one was perhaps 42 inches or so, a few decent bulls to be sure but no B&C.

I have been looking at this new draw, have run into moose while chasing Pheasants, nothing super big... 35". Would be fun to try and find something closer to 50", I'm sure there are a few but like mentioned access is the key. I have a 15 priority so should have a good shot at a tag if I don't 999 it again; like scruffy said it's hard to use up all those years of waiting.
