Default Pigeon shore fishing

Forgive my ignorance but I've never been to pigeon. Is there anywhere to fish it from shore?

Better take a long rod. Pigeon is a big bowl. You have to get out a ways before you hit more than 4 or 5 feet of water. PM me and I can give you a little more info than a "YEP"

Pidgeon can be shore fished in front of the provincial park if you wade out a ways.

Be sure to rinse off soon after if you are wading in Pigeon for any length of time. Wade fishing I have gotten hives on two differnet occasions.

Be alert for the odd big perch in the shallows too.
If you fish into night, some walleye come into 2 -3feet of water to feed when the minnow schools are in the shallows.
