Default dacron white leader?

i have dacron leader and going for sturgeon.....but its white in color......will the other fish in the SSR or the sturgeon not like that? i dont think its a goodnidea for a fish to see the.line......or anyone else have a sugestion?

Dacron or heavy braid as a main to a swivel to heavy fluorocarbon is what I used to use. I'm sure the sturgeon wouldn't care but not so sure about a big walleye or pike.

yea.....guys on here told me to use dacron for leader...i bought it...now just a bit worried...lol....

If your just targeting sturgen you should be fine, you can always bring another setup for walleye & pike. I wouldn't sweat it.

Doesn't matter. Walleye,burbot, gold eye, suckers, sturgeon, pike ect all bite.
Dacron/ sturgeon leader catches anything in the nsr.
That string they're kinda used to in our river me thinking haha rubbers too!

This about sums it up. I've caught pretty much every species in the NSR on the white dacron sturgeon leader.

I caught 25+ eyes the other evening using that line on a sturgeon rig... outfishes others using prigs some days... also if you are there for sturgeon who cares about the rest of the species they just waste bait lol.

Everyday is different some days worms will work best and some days minnows lol.
