Default Funtioning without gallbladder - oxbile supplement

I had my gallbladder removed about 20 years ago. For about 19 years no big deal. During the last year I have been experiencing quite a bit of gastrointestinal grief. I think I am passing too much undigested fat. I have read quite a few cases on line where supplementing with ox bile may be remedy.

For those who have gallbladder removed, what changes or remedies have you tried?

You are absolutely right and I have an appointment scheduled for later in the week. In the meantime, a little research and a few questions can not do any harm.

I had mine taken out in 2011, as a result I suffer from bile dumping, and without medication , I would be on the toilet multiple times a day.

I had a colonoscopy done and found no other underlining cause.

Diet does in deed play apart.

I would say see a specialist for a colonoscopy and get that checked before trying to self diagnose and medicate.,

Things like Krohns and celiac disease can be causing issues as well.

My friend as well after his gall bladder removal. If he don't take the pills before eating, he can't go to far.
