Kielbasa
Just finished off a batch of homemade sausage - Kielbasa. And this batch is our best yet, even if I do say so myself.
Sorry for the poor photo, I am still working on my photography skills.

So, I've been in Canada for almost 17 years, and to this day it still bums me out when people say "Kielbasa Sausage". Translating into any Slavic language it is equal to "Butter butter", or Moon Moon.
In Russian/Ukranian/Belarussian and maybe polish (not sure about that one) "Kielbasa" = "Sausage".
On the side note, looks good and tasty. Good job!!!

Don't get bummed out

It's OK, the way we name pasta varieties in Russian would make Italians puke I think
