It's the only way I can afford to shoot. There are a couple great YouTube videos that detail the process. Sorry no experience on a Dillon 650. I dont have my loads and powders memorized but I can definitely give you that info later.
Due to the minimal neck of the case, tension can apparently be difficult to achieve. I check all my rounds after loading pressing them into the table to make sure the bullet doesnt seat deeper. I'm using a Lee turret press with factory crimp die, but even then after 3rd reloading I find they're getting difficult to crimp and wont hold tension so off to be annealed or replaced 3rd or 4th time
