Default Wolf

My first wolf!!! Got to go on a sheep hunt with a buddy this year late October...stumbled into a wolf on the trail. Shot him with a 20ga 11-87 youth model.

Not your average wolf gun, but hey whatever works. Congrats.

Thumbs up

20 Ga. Wolf shooting? A fine thing indeed! Let no one doubt the devastation.

Great work Sir, that one surely has some beautiful fur.

Congratulations!

awesome trophy. The luckiest part of this all for you is that not only do you have a buddy that would let you tag along sheep hunting but he let you carry a shotgun on his sheep hunt! Why where you carrying a shotgun? Looking for grouse? That's a lot of noise and extra weight. Just curious. Obviously it paid off.

Bear protection...he had a rifle we both had sheep tags.

Thanks everyone. No think it was a 2 3/4 rifled slug out of a smooth barrel
