What do you know about Didymo?
AKA 'rock snot', Just curious how many people have encountered it (and where) or know about it.... And how much you all may know about it? Noticed it was VERY bad today in the Bow, I think the rapid increase in flow rate stirred it up off the bottom and it was very bad, almost every single cast I had to remove it off my hook. I've done some research on this stuff in my schooling (Ecology), and hope everyone takes precautions in helping to prevent the spreading of this algae. In case you're not sure, it is the stuff that looks like wet toilet paper mixed with cotton....
