If you're just looking to fish, yes, the Bow is open.

Really that's the best news I've gotten today. What would you recommend east end or west closer to hwy 855??

Ya a good section several KM's is open around Sherwood Park, I'm just looking to get out in my kayak and I'm not to positive about the current in the river there.
I went down and shore fished for a hour or so a couple weekends ago with no success, but I've never had much luck from shore. That's why I got a kayak.
