Is it time for auger extension

Been fish in up at Gull the past few weeks and last week it looked like therecwas close to 30 inches of ice,anybody been anywhere where their auger won't go thru, was wondering with this last cold snap that's going to push the ice over 36 ?

I was out yesterday BRRRRRRRRRRR ,I had no problem with the standard auger so we should be good till end of the month

couple spots on Newell it was up to the motor, other places it was 8 inches thinner. going to pick up an extension anyways, with the the cold spring in the forecast Im going to need it.

funny you mentioned...it was close to the motor as well @ both PCR and Chestermere. Had to squat/kneel down while drilling the last little bit of ice.

while i was digging for the hole covers for Plex i found another jiffy extension...brand new in the box.....geebuss i just gave NHO a extension....lol im a old hoarder...whos wants it?
