No Warranty on BP Shops PSE Bows
So I heard a rumor that the PSE Canada distributor is not honoring the warranty on any PSE bows that were purchased at BP Shops, as they were not bows that have gone through the Canadian Distributor. Is this true?

I know leupold won't warranty their optics bought at Bass Pro, because its Leupold USA ,so the guy in Okotoks said their not warrantied by him

Well I haven't had any issues as of yet regarding this. PSE is a very reputable company with tremendous emphasis on customer service.
There are certain complexities regarding the honouring of warranties by distributors, however there is one indisputable fact, these companies stand behind their products and if for whatever reason that a distributor decides to negate this, the company will do right by you.
Personally I haven't had any issues with this, and since I am one of the archery assoc. at BPS, I would consider this rumour debunked.
Tell your friend that if he likes rumors this much, he should stick to the young and the restless, lifes far more boring.

Alright, dispel the Leupold rumor while you're at it? Has BP "kissed and made up" with Korth?

Nope but they will refund leupold products bought there with a reciept so Ive been told.

Korth has made a decision regarding this and Leupold has made arrangements with BPS regarding this, you'll get your lifetime warranty, free of charge, regardless of where or whom it's been purchased from.
Like I said, I've dealt the the PSE warranty issue with no problems... And if you've ever talked with PSE customer service in AZ, they go above and beyond, if Porqupine Creek ever did give guff, PSE would make it right.
Like I said, life's alot more boring.
On a side note, BPS deals directly with Leupold, not with Korth, there would be no reason why BPS would have to "kiss and make up" with a distributor that is in no way affiliated with their stores directly. Especially considering that BPS deals with the product manufacturers directly, not distributors. A solution has been reached between BPS and Leupold, again not involving Korth.

sounds like PSE finally pulled their heads out. ive only ever needed something for a bow on two occasions. mathews was incredibly good, and PSE was the worst customer service experience ive ever seen or heard of. ill never buy another no matter what is ever said about them.

It's too bad to hear some guys have had problems with Pse,Because if i need something,I Call and Talk to Jay at Pse in Arizona and he treats me like a King,Thanks Pse for having incredible Customer service,Right up there with Rip Cord and Gerber,Amazing Customer service and Pse please keep it up,You will always have my Business!

Jay is a super awesome guy, i got to meet him a couple of years ago when I went to the factory. My grandparents took me and we didnt have a tour booked or anything so he just gave us a tour through the whole factory, just like that. Super cool guy for sure.

Sounds like an Excellent Tour,Ya,He has treated me like Gold the few times i need something from Pse.Pse will always have my business,Top Quality Products and even better customer service.
