Stock duramax with dedicated hi end studded snow tires and rims, 10000lb receiver mounted winch with synthtic rope, lots of recovery hardware. Best batteries i can afford. I dont like the thot of being stranded. On board air comp. try to keep up on maintenance is challenge enough.

F150 fx4 as well.

Favourite mods so far would include -

Rigid dually fogs in the bumper. Although, to be honest I have hardly ever run them.
Fx-r projector retrofit. By far the best money spent. Way better light output from the stock heads. And also able to run HID bulbs without blinding any on coming traffic. Plus, they look badass. Did them myself.

Picture with lense removed..

And I would say the ready lift 2" level kit. Able to fit bigger tires without rubbing.

I have a Chevy which is such an incredible truck from factory I don't need any of these extra accessories !!

By far my first accessory would have to be a spray in box liner I won't even let a truck leave the dealership without one.
Next would have to be high quality oversized mudflaps (this is just a courtesy thing and also protects my own truck from rock chips on the fenders.
Next are weather tech digital fit floor mats.
I also like having nerf steps.

Just installed a remote controlled machine gun and ground to air missile. Will not regret this upgrade ever. Also, it did not make my penis look any bigger.

I think that I would like to spend a bit of moeny doing a few things to it, but I don't want to spend the cash, only to have the "Ah sh%t, I wish I would have done that"..feeling.

So if you're up for it, let's here it.

Or even know of a good after market palce where I could go to get somethings done that you recomend.

Herc.
Nothing is on my rig. My penis is huge and I have no issues.

This may not be the kind of thing meant by the OP but this is definitely my favorite "after market gadget"

I customized a headache rack with a 2500 lb quad winch on it that's been setup to drop into the front pockets of my F150. It was made for a 2011 and dropped right into the 2013 without issue. It also fit easily into my one hunting partner's 2012 F150. It should work for any Ford made in the last 5-10 years. Total time to put in place or remove is max, 5 min's. Once I drop it in I leave it there until hunting season is done.

Combined with a 6'x 48" x 3/4" treated plywood ramp, it allows me to easily load moose, elk and big deer all by myself. I have a "Truxedo" cover on the back and don't have to remove it to use the winch. Just roll the tonneau up and pull the animal in.

I have a 2012 f-150

Extras
- custom floor mats
- sprayed box liner
- box cover
- 3 inch lift ( which is something I would never go cheap on.
- flares
-xd rims
- trail grappler tires 34inch( this is where you have to be real carefull if you are concerned about gas mileage) I find it a huge difference.

Default on your rig

2013 F150 XLT cab height leer canopy with the carpet headliner and a carpet like bed liner in the box. Just put on 4 mud flaps today and still have to install a hood deflector and put the step bars back on. Time for a bully bar me thinks
