I guess I will have to take more care when selecting boneless meat or just buy whole bone in chunks and cut it myself.

Is this crap illegal in Canada?

I guess they're safe if they buy halal or kosher, but otherwise I bet muslims and jews aren't happy about eating pork products in their prime cut of steak

Wow. I wonder what the regulations are like here compared to over seas. As he mentioned there was a ban on the stuff, but where it didn't specify. (Or did i miss that)
I feel bad for those who don't stock their own freezers.

And I am remember when we only had Thrombin available to chefs to glue meat together back in the late 80's.
This was news 25 years ago.
