Default The best sink tip line for all around use in Alberta, browns and bulls?

I'm looking at purchasing a sink tip fly line to compliment my full sink and full float line for my 6wt but there are so many options, Rio's 1-6 sink rates or Scientific Anlgers grain weights of 200-500? Lengths anywhere from 10'-25' sink tips? What works the best for those more experienced than I out there, what kind of sink tip do you use? I am not interested in attaching sink tips to my existing floating cause I run nail knots and not loops. I fish rivers a bit more than lakes but it would be nice if this line could also get me down to the 5-10' range in stillwater lakes as well. (can one work like a still water intermediate?)

Thanks in advance,

I'd buy a slime line before a sink tip line

10ft Type V works in the Bow.
Clear intermediate is a great tool for lake fishing
