Trudeau and Biden do not have either of these qualities. I'll go one step further and say no one in either of their governments are pleasant or personable.

For sure! I read Jody Wilson-Raybould's book just to get more insight on the Turd. She says he is down right creepy and nasty and a completely different person than how he acts in front of cameras.
