Default Great day, got skunked - Long Lake Report

Fished in 9 feet of water from 8 - 4 today. Pike, perch and burbs were VERY particular. Threw everything in the tacklebox at them, minnows, mealworms and maggots. Saw enough fish down the hole, they would approach the lure, but would not take it in. Very frustrating. They were very slow moving, and would brush past the bait, showing curiosity, but would not bite.

Beautiful weather though.

Tough lake to fish in the winter. Better luck next time.
