Default Ardmore Community pond

I tried to find the Ardmore Community trout pond according to this page:
http://www.albertafishingguide.com/l...unity-pond#map

Is this the correct location in that cluster of trees? I went up that way and saw a campground. Keep going through the bush?

I was told by someone afterward in Bonnyville that the Ardmore trout pond is located just off 892 by the golf course. Now there's a pond in that location and I'm not saying there aren't trout in there but I fished it for a bit and I doubt there are trout in there.

Any insight would be appreciated. Cheers!

The trout pond is north of the Ardmore golf course and on the east side of the road as well. Am pretty sure that it is just for the children and seniors to use though. Like any pond in this part of the country, it would have been stocked in May with 4-6 inch trout so they will need some time to grow. You would probably be better off going to Little Bear Lake also known as Hasse Lake.

Right on! Thanks for the info. Time to get a boat I suppose. Trout fishing is terrible from the shore in this area.
