I've always wondered about watching the lakers at Spray since they are so deep. If your camera is that deep, does it still get enough light down there to see? Were any of them scared of the camera?

Was thinking of bringing the camera down there the Sat for the Spray outing but camera only has 75 feet of cable

Lakers don't seem to care. If you only have 75 feet of cable, just put it point down. Although I never fish on the bottom anymore at spray, I probably won't bring my camera.

Default Underwater Camera

I have recorded all species that I have iced fished for in Alberta and all are not scared of the camera. I got some monster pike taking a look too. I have a DVR and could get higher res but file size is huge. Enjoy!

I own a marcum and have had perch swim up to the camera within inches of it, turned on the light for ****s and giggles, the fish didn't even flinch. I have gotten waaaaaaaay more fish with the camera than without, the hook disappears and your setting the hook, don't even feel the strike on the rod. The camera can be a lot of fun and frustrating at the same time. I'm hooked on a camera............

My wife's uncle had a pike eat his camera down at St Mary's!
