Not sure. That's what I'm asking. Let me know. I travel from poplar estates to the provincial park along the ice.

Anyone hit Blood Indian yet? I was thinking of heading there next week. I'd imagine it'd be pretty solid by then.

Didn't get much for fishing in. 7-8" everywhere I drilled. Thicker close to shore. Can park on the ice just offshore.

Default Gull Lake Brownlows

Still only 7 to 8 inches of ice in 5 to 8 feet of water yesterday.
Three inches of snow cover.
Lake was clear in some spots and murky in others only 200 meters away.
Good sunny morning and nobody stupid enough to drive on ice although many parked like me on the ice very close to shore.
Action wise very slow. Lots of perch but not one whitefish seen in four hours on the ice with three fishing.

Has any one hit PCR, Clear or Keho?

On Friday I'm working south of Calgary and would like to do a little fishing in the afternoon.

Thanks

We hit Stoney ( elk- point) last Friday , 8-10" . We walked out but several special people drove out , ussually quite close to other tents and fisherman.
Then we tried Laurier on Sat. Ice was maybe a bit thicker 10-12",we walked out again . There was two trucks out on the ice but not far off of blue birds boat launch.
Fishing was slow at both.

200 yards out from Wilson's beach on gull put us on about 3 inches of ice. Be careful out there!

There was one guy driving on Gull yesterday with a half ton. Not the brightest move in my opinion. Ice was groaning pretty bad when he went on.

Coincidentally ... A truck went through the ice at Brownlows yesterday, was close to shore and only dropped the front end but still...

Mcgregor: ice about 8 inches. Ultra cold. Skunked. Had one eye on but he bolted. Lots of whites booze cruisin around. But I'm either too dumb for them or they weren't feeding.

The guy was driving a black Ford 150 and he was out where there was 8 to 10 feet of water.
