Default Crossbow help/advice required

Hi all. I was given a crossbow by my father that he picked up along the lines somewhere. Has no brand markings or anything on it. Have tried searching all over the Internet with no success. How can I figure out the draw weight? The local archery shop here didn't think it would be safe to put on the scale like a normal bow. Tia for any help

Well as cool as that would be it has red stickers saying do not dry fire or it will void warranty. I'm not up on my history but I don't recall the vikings putting that on lol. But I will post some pics now
