Default 2016 Waterfowl Season

Went on a long family vacation to Ontario for the sister in-laws wedding and to see grandma but have managed to get out a few times. Also got out with some old hunting buddies from back home we are all better shots than we used to be but they still cant call lol. Also been bringing the dog out with me lots I honestly do not know how people can hunt with out them especially over water they make the hunt so much more enjoyable

I got 2 green wing teals this morning...I never see them around this late in the season where I hunt. (sept 28)

We're having an awesome year, and the dog being in his 3rd season, is doing awesome...way calmer in the field this year (although still like a time bomb ready to explode).

Gonna hunt the mallards and honkers hard next two weeks.

Thanks again for the help Pixel Shooter. We were passing on green wings and blue wings all last weekend they should be gone by this weekend but who knows. I am heading down to Edmonton to do some goose hunting with some army buddies down there. Also want to let the big 10 stretch its legs lol.

Got out for a shoot this past weekend with some buddies down near Edmonton. Geese didn't want play nice but managed to scratch 13 of them down and got three bonus ducks as well.
