It was a warm early August day, I hit the road and headed West. It was late morning when I arrived at my first stop, the stream looked very low. Within minutes I had tempted no less than 4 trout to the end of my line and somehow they all got off before I could bring them in. I moved on further West to my actual destination stream, upon arrival I ran into a couple fans of the New Wave Angler series … after a quick chat I set off up stream where I quickly got my hands onto a 16 inch cutthroat - but not in a good way. After that I managed to lose another 4 fish in a row before finally managing a couple different species all the way to the net …. The place was beautiful the trout were hungry … Enjoy!!
