We were there week ago coming in from the south. The fishing was good few keeper pike on smelts. Didnt try for burbs or walleye. Hear there good perch in there also if you can find them.

Little Bow Provincial Park is on Travers Reservoir, LIttle Bow Reservoir is an entirely separate place.

Drove by and there's ice going away, and by that i mean spots with open water. It was sketchy along shore all winter in the lakes around there due to the early partial melt and re-freeze. Id reccomend you use extreme caution or better yet pick a lake a bit further north or west. Ive never heard of anyone catching burbot in there or perch over 4'', not a very nutrient rich lake.

Thats the one im refering to. Littlebow's ice never gets as thick and goes rotten quickly as its a relatively shallow exposed lake. Fishing is generally below average, but it can be good on occasion.

There are perch in decent sizes as well, I caught few 9-10 inchers 3 years ago.

Construction will continue for some time yet, its a large project.
In the last few years the pike, walleye, perch and whitefish have flourished well. There has been a definite decline in the size and qauntity of Burbot though.
Even though its immediately connected to Travers the body structure of the walleye is far superior in LBR.

Good luck
