Default Best place to buy Xterra aftermarket front bumper

Smashed up the ol' bumper on the Xterra and I need to get a new one.

After looking online and seeing several stores that sell them - it looks like a huge pain to buy them from the US and then get them shipped up here.

Does anyone have a good place to buy an aftermarket bumper or have one made in Canada ? or even better Calgary ?

Thanks,

No I didn't, I don't really want to go though a Dealer for this. would prefer a used replacement or an after market off road bumper.

Kijiji or www.car-part.com

You can also look up Cross Canada Parts and find the after market ones.

Watch for deals in the states, alot places have free (or cheap) shipping in the states, then get it shipped to the border (us side). There are many companies that will sign & hold packages for you (for a small fee). Then drive down and pick it up.

I've done it with everything I've bought for my truck. My tonneau cover was 1/3 the price, and had free shipping in the us. At the time, I just happened to have some family members crossing that particular border. But even still, it would've taken a morning for me to run down and pick up the stuff.

For the record.. I'm all for buying locally when products are within reason, but 1/3 the price is rediculous.

X2. Had a Shrockworks on my 2000 Xterra years ago. Great bumper.
