Default Tofino Report

Just back from 2 days of fishing in Tofino and the springs were bitting like I have not seen in years.Limited out with my daughter in 1 hr on both springs and sockeye 1st day, 2nd day, a little slower, took 1.5hrs to limit out.Had a fantastic guide in "Lances Sportfishing", his boat was amazing and I watched other boats actually follow him out to his hot spots.Fantastic vacation on the island topped off by world class fishing in Tofino

Great to hear you had such a good time fishing in Tofino. Offshore Chinook Fishing has been so hot that even an average guide can look like a superstar with 20+ days common right now. It should last for 3-4 more weeks for mature Chinook then the huge Coho will provide similar action inshore and offshore. September is a great time with most charter operators having space.
