I've spoken with SRD and they do not have one.

I've called both map shops in Calgary and they do not have one.

As a last resort, I've sent an E-mail to TransAlta (they operate the dam) and they have not gotten back to me yet. If they do send me anything I'll post it on here but I do not think they will let me see anything even if they do have a map.

I think your best bet is the map that mustang posted the link for.

I have an old Alberta lakes book that has a depth chart of Spray. I'll see if I can get it scanned and I'll post it.

Superspud,

Not sure if you're still interested, but I found a map shop in Ontario that has a map of Spray - http://www.fishingmapsplus.com/

Not sure of the level of detail, but this is from Lorne, the owner:

"I previewed the maps....Spray Lakes Reservoir map will certainly be pleasing to you....plenty of detail...looks like the deepest spot is 60 metres."

Not sure if this would have more detail than the sunsite map. I've been talking to a woman at TransAlta who may have something, but if they don't I'll probably order one from here.

The "Lakes of Alberta Directory" book you can buy at The Fishin Hole has a depth chart. I have the 1998 publication and it is in there. Trouble is my scanner/printer shat the bed so I cannot scan it in for you.

The map isn't that great but it showns the 40, 50 and 60 ft deep holes basically running though the center. Three in the south end where the reserviour narrows and three at the north end as the lake hooks to the NW.

If you cant get he book call One Stop Services who is the Lakes of Alberta Directory publisher in Spruce Grove. The number printed in the book that I have is 780-967-4716. No telling if that number is still valid.

My atlas of Alberta lakes has it in detail, I'll try to scan it tomorrow and post it. And to Wayne, the book is awesome, my dad got it from his office(Sustainable Resources head office) last year and gave it to me for my birthday, it is just a great book.

The Atlas of Alberta Lakes is also online and Spray is in there as well. There is a pretty good depth chart if you click on Fig 2.

Try this: the one in the maps of Alberta Lakes book is terrible. No point scanning it.
