And as a side not here are a few groups I shot a few days ago in the rain and the real high cross wind we had. I was happy it was nasty and it gave me an idea of what to expect in high winds.
The first target is at 40 yards. Even at 40 yards it pushed my arrows over a fair bit.
At 60 yards it was real interesting. I had to aim at the far right of the target. The first arrow hit right close to where I was aiming. Maybe the wind stopped just for a split second or maybe the shot was just real bad but it hit where I aimed.
The rest of them varied and mostly averaged about center of the target on multiple groups. There were a few in between ones from far right to center as well.
Just an idea of what wind does at 60 yards.
These groups were with my Axis arrows. I'll see what I can do with the VAP next.
