Default Trapping in exchange for education

I am looking for somebody who wants to trap coyote and muskrat on a piece of private property in Strathcona county. The catch is that my teenage son and I would like to learn from you as you as you go through the trapping process. Everything from trap selection, bait, setting the traps, recovering the game and skinning. As part of the exchange we are willing to help where we can while still keeping on the right side of the law. We come from a long line of non-hunters/trappers but enjoy the outdoors and are trying to learn a few new outdoor skills. We do not have a trapping license but from what I can tell from reading the regulations as a land owner we can give you permission to trap on our land (if you have a license). I do want to make sure that this arrangement is legal so if anybody can point me to the right place in the regulations to validate my understanding it would be much appreciated. I like to do things right or some may call it "old school" so looking for somebody who is picky about how they do their trapping, has experience on their side and has the patience to share what they know. If you are interested send me a PM and we can take it from there. Thanks in advance.
