I wasn't able to hunt for most of the season so I put my trail camera up on a posted 1/4. I thought this would be the safest place as no fool would dare hunt on this place!!!! Well I was wrong. The kids wanted to see what pictures we might have so I went to get the camera today and it was gone!
I bet the jerk realized that his/her picture had been taken and got rid of the evidence. How nice it would have been to catch the jerk, but then again I'd get charged with assult.

not good ..land posted for you and others or did you cross the fence ..hard to imagine, but did the owner take it ??
Take a look around the area for 50 yds or so 360 degrees , somtimes a bear will get mad at it and rip if off , play with it for a while and then leave it , my nehpew had one distroyed by a bear.
Hopefully a bear has just knocked it down but it was likely a two-legged puke.
I don't put up any cameras anymore that aren't locked in the steel housings. It doesn't mean someone couldn't get it if they really wanted but they couldn't just grab it on a whim.
