Nay. And I'm a HUGE winter Oly fan.

Only cause of the ABSURD cost and how the I.O.C gets to keep most of the money.

Unless the I.O.C changes its financial model the games could cease to exist in the near future.

Just look at how the next two summer Oly's were dished out, nobody wants to spend that kind of money anymore with a 100% guarantee of loosing money. Lots and LOTS of money.

Anyone that thinks they could break even or even make money just hasn't been paying attention, even with some of the facilities already in place.

Seriously I'm 100% torn on this. I'm from YEG, attended the 88 Olympics, mind boggling and very well done, so you'd think a YEA..BUT with how GREASY the IOC is and all fricking KOOK's running around, the security costs are ridiculous, so NAY
