I just had SHAW install their upgrade to my existing dish as I'm situated on an acreage. If you live in a town and never had a dish then the upgrade was automatically completed long time ago.
The upgrade provides HD and more channels, all at no extra cost.
This upgrade improves the picture quality immensely.
