Default Lee Lake Trout

Stopped by Lee Lake today to ice a few trout for dinner.

First of all, the ice was pretty good. 8 - 10 inches of clear ice everywhere I drilled. There were a few patches of sketchy looking ice near the shore line, but it was solid enough to walk across.

The usual tactics didn't work: corn, shrimp, mallows. But they were going crazy for this scud pattern I tied up a few years back. And very light takes; wouldn't notice them if you weren't watching.
