Default Cvr

Beware all,
The ice at CVR was 19" yesterday, but 1 truck went through the ice close to the access onto the lake from Red Rock Road. Only went up to the steering wheel and driver was ok.

Is red rock road somewhere on the north end? Are you referring to the main road that leads to the boat launch? Never heard of Red Rock only Duck lake.Unless you are talking about access up by the Hutterite colony.

Default west side halfway

Redrock Road takes you halfway up on the west side. Always check first as there are a few springs in certain spots. Fish police tried to drive thru one a couple of years back. We fish over there and have been for years and no ice issues other than the springs spots.
