I have fished it with a guided. YOu need to be really dialed in. I am heading there next month. Bagleys guided service. Good rates beautiful boat too. We caught several nice lakers last time out. He even cleans them for you. Just have to hide the fish when you go over the boarder. They tasted great too.[/PHP]

Great lake with a laker limit of 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIKES

The Mack Days tourny is on now so it will be busy on the weekend. Stop at any bait shop and buy the jigs they sell as well as the sucker bait. you have to release any fish over 30 and under 34 inches. You are only allowed to keep 2 of the 100 linit ove the 34 inch range.

Googgle up the mack days and click on fish info there is a map of the lake with some real good tips on where to fish.

Great lake and you will enjoy but make sure you are packing some warm clothes it can and does get nasty on that huge lake when the wind comes.

Also, keep your eye on your gear when you are not around your boat. BTW fishing on the so. end on the resevation license is 10 bucks Mtn. license is quite a bit more.
