Black garlic
So awhile ago I was at the millerville market and chatting with a feller who raises garlic. The conversation turned to elk steak and he said “hi have to try fermented garlic”. So I did. Wow, what a great thing on steak, somewhat of a balsamic vinegar flavour. Worth a try next time you crank up the bbq.
